Hi there and welcome

Are you referring to within Skype the program and the menu with Tools, View, Help ect?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The main menu, which should appear when you sign in. There is the rest of the side but not this main menu, that beginns with "skype" normally. For ex I can´t test the quality of the sound.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, there is no actual way for the menu to be hidden so an issue has occurred.

When did this problem start? And which version of Windows are you using?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

I will send an offer through for remote support and should you accept I will connect and see what is going on and fix the issue. Otherwise we can continue to talk like this but I will need to ask a number of other questions and try and walk you through some steps.

Both options are 100% guaranteed by the way. Remote is just quicker and avoids the risk of you making a mistake and doing something wrong.

If you want remote click get extra help. If not simply reply to me.

Thanks,

Richard

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it´s an OSX version 10.9.5, FIREFOX 12, i think: the problem came, when I signed in the 1. time in a new Skype-adress:

ok, and you missed the first question I asked as it was not clear

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

just need to know please

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the Tools etc
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, I think for this it is easier if I just connect to your computer at no extra charge and resolve this for you. You can see and control everything I do, but as there is no way to hide the Toolbar this is best

Can you go to www.teamviewer.com

Click on Download for Free

Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
