Hi there and welcome

Can you remove the power cable and battery from the Laptop and then hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then connect the battery and power cable again, and try to turn on the Laptop.

Let me know the results please.

It is the internal motherboard that has faulted. Will have cracked when you dropped it

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the Laptop to have this replaced. It is a hardware fault

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
