I'm sorry, I'm not able to take phone calls at the moment. Would you like me to set up a remote session instead, which will allow me to connect directly to your screen and assist you quickly with resolving the issue that you are facing?

No. Just cancel everything!
Expert:  Matt replied 1 year ago.

Don't worry; there is no extra charge for the remote session. If you are uncomfortable with the remote session, I can provide you the steps on this chat itself.
