I tried to install AutoCAD 2006 onto my new Acer Aspire

Customer Question

Hi
I tried to install AutoCAD 2006 onto my new Acer Aspire XC-704 desktop computer last night, but the screen turned blue and the desktop has been trying to restart. I thought that if I left it overnight that it would sought itself out but it was still trying to restart this morning. There is no reset button on the desktop, so I can't reset it.

Have you tried turning it off then on. Hold the power button until all the lights go off.
