I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I will need a little more info please.

Where is the presentations slide show folder being copied from?

What type and size is the file?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
From my laptop to a thumb drive. But it takes forever when I try to save in that format on my desktop. It is 228 MB - slide show.

okay, thank you. What is your version of Windows operating system please?

Windows 7

okay, it sounds like it may be a problem with the thumb drive. That size file should only take a couple of minutes to transfer.

It could also be that your RAM is near max capacity.

To find out how much RAM your computer has

  1. Open System by clicking the Start button , right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.

  2. In the System section, next to Installed memory (RAM), you can see the amount of RAM your computer has.
