My Dell Inspiron suddenly disabled all boot devices and I cannot enable them. What to do?

I have tried to load default many times to no avail.

What does the numlock key to do with these settings? I have turned it on and off with no discernable action.

I have also tried switching boot modes. On default settings now, all boot devices disabled
