Hello and thank you for your question, I look forward to assisting you today. I am not sure what you are asking. Can you explain a little better please?
My apologies, but I am unable to contact you by phone at this time. Would you like to continue chatting?
What type of computer do you have, and how are you trying to connect it to your TV? I would also need the model number of your TV please.
Check the manual that came with the TV.
Okay, if possible look on the back. There should be a tag with the model number on it.
Do you know the size of the TV?
Okay, give me a minute please.
Okay, can you tell me what type of cable you are using to connect your computer to the TV, i.e. HDMI, DVI, etc?
Okay, so you are going from the computer's HDMI port to the TV's HDMI port then correct?
So now all you need to do is change the video source of the TV to HDMI. Check the remote for a button marked source.
What version of Windows are you using, how long is your HDMI cable and have you tried the HDMI-2?
Do you have a shorter HDMI cable you can try?
The cable length may be the problem for that TV. Do you have another TV you can connect to just to see if you have a signal coming from the computer?
Okay then. We have established that the computer is putting out a good signal so now we need to look at the TV. This particular model may be more sensitive to the cable length then the old one. If possible, try to pick one up so we know for sure. There doesn't appear to be too much in the way of settings for the input so I think that would be a good place to start.
I will request a refund for you. Have a nice day!

I checked your conversation with other expert. It seems you didn't try to change the source to HDMI 2 and didn't tried to connect the cable to HDMI 1 port. First of all please connect the HDMI cable to HDMI 1 port and check whether yo get the mirrored display on TV screen or not.
Then connect the cable to HDMI 2 port and from the TV remote press SOURCE button and select HDMI 2 as source and check the result.
