I restored my computer to an earlier time point, but it didn't work, an undid it. Then I tried it again, and undid it. Now, I want to get my system to the factory point and delete my programs and files after I backed them up. So far the computer not responding to the factory restore because it gave me an confirmation error and it continues on with nothing else to do, it should be finished. But it is not.
