I am unable to access my account because of a requirement for two e-mail accounts. I have had only one (1) email my whole life (25 years) and do not intend to get another.

I have not lost an 'email'. I was trying to download a link on google for 'roadie', it is like a 'uber' link. Within the download portion, it required me, for security purposes, to enter an alternate 'email' for specifically security purposes, and without that, would not allow me to proceed with the download. I went to 'Google technical support' and ended up with you folks. I really do not like to pay for this, as you are obviously not connected to Google.

Mobiles, tablets and other small form factor devices now is built in Android OS(as Windows OS on a PC).

The software you told me to download is meant for installing on such devices and will not run on a computer..

For using Roadie on a computer, it doesn't require special software as you can fix travel from web page itself.
