1. When I click on Open Home Page of Internet Explorer I get this result:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
At the bottom of the page it says:
Cannot find server or DNS Error

2. While the page is loading in the dark blue bar at the top it says:
https://www.google.com.au//?gws_rd=ssl – Microsoft Internet Explorer
In the pale blue bar at the bottom it says:
Connecting to site 103.2.118.109
3. After the page has loaded, I have looked in the tool bars at the top; eg File; Edit; View; Favorites; Tools; Help.
I have found in the View menu - Go To - 2 options:
1st is - Home Page Alt+Home (Which does not respond when clicked)
2nd is - Cannot find server (WHICH IS TICKED) This also does not respond when clicked
