Upgraded to Windows 10 using my wife's e/address. Now

Upgraded to Windows 10 using my wife's e/address. Now can't get Excel on my e/address, solitaire icon, icon to turn off computer and they say my e/address no longer exists!. Can you help!

in the control panel make a new account on the computer using your email address that was registered for the excel as the user name

make sure that it has administrator rights.

then log off and log into the new account

the other stuff i need a much better description of what the problem is. It would probably be a lot faster and easier if I could talk to you on the phone and log in remotely to fix it for you.
