By the way, how have you created the user?

Is it an online or local account.

An online account is one which is created using your Microsoft Email ID. Your mail ID will be shown under user name if its a online account.

A local account is one simply created on local computer.

So please let me know the profile type.

If you are a advanced user. You can download password ***** disc from below link and reset Windows password.
