Hello & Welcome to JustAnswer. They do not call and the call you have received is a "tech support scam" where they want the users to beleive them; when they do they remote in and ask for $200 to $300. These usually originate from India (you can tell that by the accent). Microsoft will never call you to tell you that they have detected a problem or that your computer is hacked or that it is being used for illegal activities. If you have paid them; you can initiate refund via your bank as they are aware of this scam. Let me know if you have any further questions; if not then a rating by clicking on the star icon from the top of this page will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
