I have a Dell computer using Microsoft. It was running fine

Customer Question

I have a Dell computer using Microsoft. It was running fine the other day but during the night it shut itself off. When I was going to start it up the next morning, it wouldn't accept the 4 digit pin number I've used since I bought it. I tried everything I could think of but it won't accept anything I put in. Can you tell me how to fix this problem? Thank you!

Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be the expert working with you today to help and resolve the problem you have posted.

I am sorry to know that you are facing problem with your Dell computer.

Let me know which pin are you talking about is it when you power on and it asks for pin to enter before you see the Dell splash screen or the pin box comes in windows loign screen.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It shows a picture of myself beside it. It's the first pin you enter before the desktop pulls up. If you don't put in the correct pin number, you can't get in to the computer. I'm using Microsoft if that helps.
