PC with Windows 10. When iomega hard drive connected the

PC with Windows 10.
When iomega hard drive connected the Omega Encryption Utility comes up.
When clicked to open the following window appears:
Settings
Application Settings
1 Run Automatically on start up
2 Start Mininized to system tray
3 Minimize and keep running when closed is clicked
4 Lock devices when iomega exits
Nothing else occurrs and I can't get to the password *****
Any thoughts on how I can open to access my files??

What model is the iomegra drive? Should have a number behind it somewhere on the device or on box/manual if you still have that.

They have a program where it will find the IP address, from there you can browse to that IP address and access your files.

No luck. Hard drive is 3+years old and info tag on hard-drive is worn out and can't be read. What I can read is a number 31926400 with Singapore below that.

Download this software, when opening it up it should list IP address and also give you an option to open the contents of the hard drive.

Cody, I have s feeling the HD is malfunctioning as the power indicator flashes on and off when I plug in but does not stay on. I'm not willing to pursue further troubleshooting if product is bad.
