Hello, and thank you for choosing JA.
The BTD-400 you are referring to....is that a Bluetooth dongle, designed to add Bluetooth to a PC, via a USB dongle?
If so, did the BTD-400 comoe with a CD? Did it come with driver's or with any software?
Oh, that's why....you have Win10.
Sorry, that device does NOT support Win 10.
YOu MIGHT be able to get a win8 driver to work.
But on their product page....Win10 is NOT listed as a supported operating System. Sorry
My advice......return the device, and get one that is Win10 compatible.
There really isn't anything that can be done.
However, if you are determined....you can write an email to the manufacturer, and ask what they recommend.
From my experience working with manuf's...they will just say return it.
Im sorry this is not the news you wanted...but I do know its not the right OS that is compatible.
Your welcome for the news, and answer.....please take a moment to rate me.
Did your previous question that Sandy answer actually work?
You accepted Sandys answer, and I noticed that you are still posting about the BTD-400 device.
If Sandy did not satisfy, or fix the issue....you do have the right to request a refund.
Im surprised Sandy did not state that this BTD-400 is NOT compatible with Win10.
here is the specs, notice Win10 is NOT listed.
