This is usually an issue within internet explorer, so I would like you to do the following please
in Internet Explorer
Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options
Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.
Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset
Then restart the computer and tell me if you still have the issue.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

I am not sure Joe why you are waiting for a phone call, there was no discussion about this... I gave you a set of instructions to do, I gave this initially but for some reason you never did these instructions? Why is that? Or you did them? Sorry its not clear as you keep discussing a phone call which I never talked about.
But is the internet now back and working for you? Please let me know as I am pretty confused by your messages.

Ok, I can understand. Please take into account I can only make the instructions as simple as possible, which I did by breaking it down step by step, but with some problems it can be a bit daunting. Its similar to trying to fix a car yourself, even with very clear instructions it can still be a challenge.
