I just bought a lenovo today just to put my games on.
no matter what I do the dvd dawer will not open. Help

What's the model of your Lenovo computer, please? Also, please do this now:

On your desktop screen, click on the folder (yellow) icon at the bottom taskbar; when a folder window comes up, RIGHT-CLICK on the CD/DVD drive listed on the left side (under My PC/Computer), and select "Eject". Are you able to eject the drive all right this way?

No it will not open here either. this really sucks when the experts can't help

Hmm, no issues. Now, please check carefully - do you see a tiny hole at the front of the CD/DVD drive itself? If so, please use a pin-shaped object and firmly insert it into the hole; let me know if this ejects the drive all right.
