NOTHING MUCH HAVE TO MY COMPUTER TO SEE IF ITS THERE IT GIVES ME THE FILES I KEEP TRYING TO OPEN THEM WITH NOT MUCH LUC ALTHOUGH ONCE THE PICURES DID POP UP THEN DISAPEARED

okay, it will be easier for me to walk you through the process with a remote screen share connection. I can connect to your screen and show you step by step how to view and save the pics to your desktop folder.

click the Start button , click Computer, and then look under Devices with Removable Storage for the flash memory card.

Then click on the card or removable drive listed there.

Then you can click on the contents of the card.

After you get to the pic you can right click on the individual picture name and choose to save it to your Pictures folder.
