Customer Question

I just installed Windows 10. 2 days later, nothing in the start menu works, I cannot access Edge, and icons on the desktop - some of them that worked yesterday do not work today.
How does this get fixed OR how do I go back to Windows 7?

Hi there and welcome

Can you do the following please

Restart the computer and on the log in screen, hold down the SHIFT button and with it held down, click the power icon and choose restart. Keep SHIFT held until it has restarted into a menu. Choose Troubleshoot, then Advance, then System Restore.

Follow the steps and perform a system restore from a restore date before this problem started.

Let this complete and when it has, tell me if it is now functioning correctly again please.
