ok, if it is not erroring then it is saving but likely you set a different account when installing windows 10

yes, I saw your last message, it means they are uploading when you save as you see the files listed.

The files, the files you are saving, are they there? Yes / No ?

the old version of the file uploaded and is listed. after wndows 10, revised file will not upload

Then you are signing into windows 10 on another Microsoft account

Go to Control Panel, Users, add an account and add your correct Microsoft Email address.

Save this, restart the computer and sign into this new account then try to save.

  1. Go to Start, then select Settings > Accounts > Your account.

  2. Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.

  3. Follow the prompts to switch to a Microsoft account. You may need to verify your identity by entering a confirmation code.
