What I want to do is make sure that the junk e-mail is being flagged and that there isn't anything that's happening to pull the emails out of the junk folder. It could be that you are simply getting so many junk e-mails sent to you that it just looks like they're reappearing. If the latter is the case, the best course of action is to create a new e-mail address, advise your friends and family to use that one to communicate you, then use the old one for signing up on websites and so forth. That way, all the junk goes to the old one and your new e-mail stays nice and clean.
