Welcome to Justanswer.com, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.

Most technicians prefer remote support as its more efficient and saves time for the tech and the client as well. Since you would prefer written support. I will work with you via written support. If you have any questions after you try the suggestion below, youre welcome to reply.

The setting that controls how the computer acts when you insert a CD, SD card, or connect a USB device is called autoplay.

The link below shows you how to check the autoplay settings on windows 10. Make sure its set to "ask me every time" for memory cards.

Once that is set, you should be able to remove, and then re-insert the memory card and that screen should pop up asking you what you want to do with the card. ( View photos, videos, etc )

If that doesnt work, or if you have further questions let me know.

I strive to provide great service, and greatly appreciate a rating of excellent ( 5 stars ) selected and submitted below this answer or at the top right of the screen. I always answer follow up questions.
