I'm sorry about the issue, please try one of these solutions :
Solution 1 : Restore your computer to an earlier point in time
1-Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
2-Enter Control Panel in the search box, and tap or click Control Panel.
3-Enter Recovery in the Control Panel search box, and then tap or click Recovery.
4-Tap or click Open System Restore, and then follow the instructions.
Note : You should use the restore point with a date when you still don't have the problem you are facing now.
Solution 2 : Repair the Dragon NaturallySpeaking Installation :
1-Close out of all applications, including the Dragon message (if it is still open).
2-Insert the Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12 DVD and the installation process will start automatically. If the installation process does not start automatically, browse to the files on the DVD and double-click the "setup.exe" file.
3-Once the initial Dragon installation screen appears, click "Next".
4-Now select the "Repair" option and click "Next".
5-Click the "Install" button to run the repair process.
6-After the repair has completed, re-launch Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
Solution 3 : Reinstall Dragon NaturallySpeaking
First uninstall the program :
1-Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. Enter control panel in the search box, and then tap or click Control Panel.
2-Under View by:, select Large Icons, and then tap or click Programs and features.
3-Tap or click the Dragon NaturallySpeaking program , and then tap or click Uninstall.
4-Restart your computer
once you finish please reinstall the program from your DVD.
