Ok, well that is my last resort answer contacting them directly like you did.
Since they did not answer, I would complete the contact the from again. Make sure you give the right contact email and tell them you have completed the recovery form many times, but have been unsuccessful. Tell them you want them to verify your account manually.

through a proxy server
