I just attempted to complete a profile and sign up. Many things went wrong...I need help asap. First, my intention is to sign up for ONE or TWO months, tops. Instead the system has registered me for a $500 charge to AmEx for 2 years. Not acceptable; calling AmEx to block charge shortly but attempting to reach eHarmony first to correct.
Secondly, none of the icons, keys are responding to let me complete a profile. I think I need to be walked through this for a moment on phone.
