I inadvertently now have Acrobat DC or something which I don't want. I did pay for and had on my computer, Acrobat Pro. Please help me to get rid of this subscription software and get back to my Pro purchase.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please click on Start (which is the windows logo at the lower left corner), then click on Settings, then click on System, then click on Apps & features on the left, then uninstall what you do not want.

Or right-click on on the Start button ((which is the windows logo at the lower left corner of the computer's screen), then click on Control Panel, then click on Programs, then click on Programs and Features, then uninstall what you do not want there.

If that does not work,

  1. Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel.

  2. Search Control Panel for Recovery.

  3. Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.

  4. Choose the restore point / date before this issue first occurred, and then select Next > Finish.
