hi, I just got off remote w/Dell. They could not help me get access to Store & all my APPS for windows 10. They told me to contact you. Would can you do to help me?

Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. Issues involving

access to the Store can often be resolved by a reset. To do that, from the Windows desktop,

hold down the Windows logo key (just to the left of the spacebar) and pres R.

In the Run box text area type: wsreset and click OK

When the reset is complete the store will open and you should then have access.
