Is it a Desktop or Laptop ? If it is a desktop can you unplug the display cable from the screen and computer and re-plug it ? If there is some highly magnetized devices near the screen, please take it away from the screen.
If it not helps, it may an issue with the monitor. Connect another monitor and check the result.
