on windows 7 there isnt much that you can do. make sure that its the correct password ***** you dont have the caps lock etc.

if you had another administrator account on the pc that you can get into we could use that to reset the password.

otherwise you have 2 options

1. reset the entire computer back to factory specs and lose everything on it.

2. use a password ***** tool which you would have to create on a cd using another computer.

this one is pretty simple to run and it works on simple passwords
