To confirm, you are using internet explorer or Google Chrome?
Can you click start, run and type in CMD and press enter
Then type each of the command lines below, one line at a time, and press the Enter key each time:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset netshlog.txt
Then restart the computer and check if it now can access the site

Can you remove the power to the wifi router and wait 5 minutes, while waiting, power off the computer.
Then power on the wifi router and then wait 5 minutes, power on the computer and tell me if you can then access it

Right click on wireless network connection and select Properties
Click Internet Protocol 4 and click protocol
Then enter in for the DNS entries
And as the alternate
Click ok to save this, then restart the computer and tell me if you can now access it please.

btw, I only said that as some customers can be very stubborn with what they feel is the problem and will nt back suggestions, I usually exit from that. That was the reason for my last post.
