To confirm, you mean some lines are appearing blank correct during the print?
If so, I want you to do a Nozzle clean
To do this
Open a program, then Click Print on the File menu of your application.
Click the Head Cleaning button in the Utility dialog box
Follow the on-screen instructions to clean the head which should then correct the printing issue.
