after startup repair fails it should give you a option for advanced

it may be a thin little blue link not easy to see but it is there if you look

click that and try the option for system restore

restore it to a day before the problem started.

It might not work but if it does not than about the only option that you have left is to do the full system recovery in the same place which will put your computer back to factory settings and you will lose anything that you had on it.

I have tried all of those things and no luck I have to get ahold of Microsoft,I don't think you can help me and I would like a refund.

i have a hard time believing that you tried the full recovery and it did not work. If so than it would have given you an error message and would probably mean you needed a new hard drive.

but i have put you in for a refund

microsofts number is ***** microsoft

best of luck to you :)
