Im trying to upload windows 10 onto my computer and I keep getting error message during download oxc1900101-0x30017.

it also say its occuring during the boot session.

that can be a few things. Usually a video driver or card is incompatible. It could also be anti virus or not enough room on the drive.

here are some things that you can try

1 manually update your video driver to the newest one for your win 7 or you might try the one for win 8.1 (if there is none for 8.1 that may be a problem that cant be solved. win 10 isnt compatible with all video cards )

uninstall your anti virus. You can re install it after the upgrade

hold the windows logo key and press R

in the run box type

msconfig

hit enter

under the services tab

CHECK THE BOX FOR HIDE ALL MICROSOFT SERVICES

when they are off the screen

click the button to disable all or go down and uncheck everything left on the list

hit apply

under the startup tab

uncheck everything or hit the button for disable all

click apply

click ok

reboot the computer

try the upgrade again
