Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be the expert working with you today to help resolve the problem you have posted.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing problem with windows 10 upgrade.
push and hold down the power button for 10 seconds on the computer and let it sit for 3 mins power it back on and let me know on which screen its freezing or you have a black screen.
Looks like the windows update didnt run correctly or had errors while updating.
Try to boot the computer into safe mode.
Turn off the computer and wait for 2 mins. Power it on and keep hitting the F8 key on your keyboard which is right on the top this will give you a screen windows advanced option select safe mode and let me know once you are there.
It looks like the image is corruted.
If the factory system image is good the we can initiate the factory restore however it will erase all your personal files and folders and it will be like the first day you got the computer.
let me know the make and model number of the computer and i will give you the steps to initiate factory image. Please note the factory image will only work if its good and has not been corrupted by windows 10 update installation then we will have to find other alternative.
