hello, I was retrying to set up new printer on my dads computer and was testing the scanner but somehow it have synced my computer at home with his and the background picture is from my computer and I can get his back. I can see it and I tell it to make it his background but it doesn't happen. He just bought the computer at best buy in May and also signed up for geek squad. can you help
