Customer Question

My PC wont support my printer(canon pixma pro 9000) now that I've upgraded to Windows 10.Do you have a fix.Canon doesn't offer an upgraded driver at this time.Should I uninstall and reinstall Windows 7 Pro?

Since canon doesn't have upgraded drivers to support Windows 10 then you will have to revert back to the Windows you had before that did support. You can check back periodically with Canon to check their drivers. A lot of customers are having this problem since Windows 10 is so new.

You should be able to Start -> Settings -> Update & security -> Recovery
