Customer Question

Today, after years of using Eudora, when I tried to send, or download a message I got an error message that says “Server SSL Certificate rejected”.
I followed this suggestion; right clicked on the personality, selected properties, incoming mail, then last SSL info. Then clicked on certificate manager and a long list came up. There was no + button so I just clicked on the first certificate.
This didn’t work, and now when I try to send or receive I get; "You have never (sent) email using an SSL connection ---" >>
Now I can't even access the certificate manager ang get that message.

Hello, and thank you for using this service.

1) Did this problem start with Windows 10, or have you previously used this same install of Eudora with Windows 10 without trouble?

2) Who is your email provider? This would be the part AFTER the @ sign in your address.
