What is the accounting software you are using called?
And, what is the third party you are sending to called? If you know?
Getting an error message like that, typically means, that the accounting software is NOT checking for an internet connection, otherwise it would say it failed to send.
The accounting software I think is the culprit, but without more info, im just guessing.
I wuld like to see what is happening, would you like to do a remote session?
