I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:
Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button (which is the windows logo icon located at the lower left corner), and then select Control Panel.
Search Control Panel for recovery.
Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
Choose the restore point / date when or before this issue first occurs and check, and then select Next > Finish.
If that does not work, please click on Start -> Settings -> Update & security -> Recovery, then Reset your PC, and select the option to Keep my files, and continue. And/or you can select the option to go back to your previous windows version there.
