Please do this now:
Close any WordPerfect windows, if open.
Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to bring up the RUN box.
Type in %appdata% and press ENTER.
In the folder window that comes up, right-click and rename the "Corel" folder to "CorelOLD" (without any spaces).
Re-open WordPerfect thereafter; does this resolve the issue with the format all right?
