After I did the search for transfer and click Windows Easy Transfer, It is asking me If I used the Windows Transfer if I transfer the files and I said No and nothing happens.

If it is not working, please be informed that Microsoft has removed the options to transfer files via the network and using the (faintly pointless) Easy Transfer Cable. Disk transfer, is now the only way to go. Check the information below.

In this case, I would suggest you try using alternative software like Todo PCTrans. Use the free version.
