I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 and none of my software

Customer Question

I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 and none of my software programs recognized me as the owner of the files. I restored Windows 7 and my home page is OK, but I am refused access to all of my user software. How do I restore my user identification?
