I have an urgent question about my computer. I asked an expert on just answer a question. I have a mac----the instructions were to do a 'safe reboot' ----theysaid to turn the computer off and reboot while holding down the shift button for 2 mins. I did this & then I could not access the internet & so I rebooted again & now I cant reboot--it starts the processs and kicks out---stops rebooting and goes black. Now I cant use the computer--I am using another computer to ask this question---I need HELP ASAP!

Try the instructions from this site. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262 See if you can get back into safemode. Might have to do a system repair. Let me know if you can get back into safe mode or not.
