my name is***** am Magic Jack Customer and my phone has not worked for the last 2 weeks, it states to check my phone line. I tried emailing you but I was told to pay $36 before getting any answer. I've never had this problem before, I've been a coustomer for a long time. can I get help please to resolve this problem. Thank you

have you checked whether your subscription ran out ?

go to

www.magicjack.com

log in with your phone number and password

click on subscriptions tab

it should show the status of your subscription

if it has ran out you can renew it.
