you need to go to tools / accounts

and add the email account. that will get you access to your new emails.

if you want to get everything back from the old one you can try going to the old computer and in the incredimail go to

file / data and settings transfer wizard / export

then follow the prompts to save the files on a flash drive

move the flash drive to the new computer and do the same process

except select

file / data and settings transfer wiard/ IMPORT

and point it towards the flash drive to import what you exported in the first step
