Hello, Today (8/13/15) I spent 6 hours on the phone with a Microsoft support tech. His name is***** case # *****(###) ###-#### ***** computer issue: could not get online with my browser Google Chrome. Long story short, Ivan disconnected our session at 6 pm today and the issue was not resolved. As a result, I called back Microsoft support but no one answered my call from 6 pm to 9 pm. Finally I did my own research and discovered that Norton - my security program and Google Chrome are not compatible. I plan to deal with this issue again tomorrow. I would like Google Chrome to be my primary browser. Please let me know how this can be accomplished. Thank you, ***** *****
