Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
No, that does not help.
We need to then do a refresh, you will not loose your files but programs you will need to install again.
Can you go back one and choose Refresh my PC
Let this complete and tell me if it then starts please.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it states: there was problem refreshing your PC, no changes were made
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, it is starting to point to a hardware issue with the hard drive and this is crashing.
The only next step is a reset of the PC to confirm this.
Before we do, is there data you need to save off the computer?

we have the same two options - Windows 10 on volume 4 / when we choose the first one we get Insert your windows installation or recovery media to continue
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Ok, choose the second option, what then happens?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the second option says the same thing
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, the hard disk has lost the image on it.
They generally do not provide recovery disks anymore as its installed on the hard disk, but you are going to have to have one or a windows disk.
Call(###) ###-####and check if they will supply you a recovery disk as we cannot proceed without either this or a windows installation disk.
Let me know the results please
