can you in chrome click on the three bars in the top right then click on settings.
Then go to the bottom of the page and click on show advance options.
Then click on Clear Browsing data. Choose from the beginning of time and then click on Clear Browsing data.
Once done, go to the bottom of the page and click on reset settings.
Once done, close Chrome, reopen it and tell me if you still have the problem please.

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
If this is Google Chrome it will be there.
You click on the three bars, then settings.
Then you go to the bottom of the page in settings and you will see the text to click on.
Show advance settings.
It is small but it will be at the very bottom of that page.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
at the very bottom is exit and across from that is control, shift and Q.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, your not in the settings of Google Chrome, this is for sure
I need to know which program you are in please, as its not chrome as there is no exit, control or anything like this specified.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
