Hi there,
I am not sure what you mean by "disable BIOS memory" if you disable or erase the BIOS memory, the computer will be unable to start.
How did you arrive at the Advanced Boot Options screen?
What options are showing there?
What is it that you are trying to achieve?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
1 - that is what the blue error screen said to do
2-received adv boot options screen when powered on tower and pressed f8
don't have screen up any longer
3- fix computer

Hi Karen,
Try restarting the computer and let it boot up itself without pressing any buttons.
If it prompts you to select a startup option, then select 'start up normally'.
